F45 Training is a leading boutique of more than 3,000 fitness franchises across
67 countries, offering high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts in a group
setting that utilizes proprietary technology, including a proven fitness platform
that leverages a rich content database of 4500+ unique functional workouts
that offers members a new workout experience each day to improve strength,
balance, and coordination.

Challenge

Strike Capital Australia reached us to develop the CRM system for tracking each marketing campaign F45 Training conducts to identify its efficiency and make data-informed decisions about sales and client management based on real-time insights. The primary objective was to consolidate all customer data from marketing campaigns to identify trends and patterns, monitor the overall campaign performance, and obtain insights regarding cost per lead/customer, lead subscription rates, and new lead acquisition, ultimately impacting revenue by optimizing marketing strategies.

From a technical standpoint, Strike Capital Australia requires a CRM system with robust functionality that allows marketers to manage clients, leads, and trialists effortlessly. On the design side, we had to create a visually appealing and user-centered design to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

Solution

We started the CRM system development by conducting a user analysis to gain insights into the UX design to identify the features, functionalities, and design elements that will enhance usability and make the dashboard intuitive and easy to navigate for users.

We leveraged cutting-edge technologies to build a robust and scalable platform – Next.js (React.js), Supabase, Tailwind.css, and Vercel Sentry. That allowed us to create an all-in-one system for marketing campaigns with data analysis and comprehensive visualizations to track the best lead sources, optimize budget and marketing strategy, and retain clients at every sales funnel stage. The team implemented the client management tool, marketing tool, and real-time dashboard to allow marketers to manage clients, leads, and trialists seamlessly. Moreover, we developed robust functionality for creating personalized advertisements and tracking customers’ LTV.

Our top-tier designers created visually clear and intuitive data presentations with consistent visual elements and layouts, ensuring appeal and easy management of presented insights.

As a result, the CRM system boasts robust functionality that empowers F45 Training with real-time insights to make well-informed decisions about client, sales, and marketing management, significantly boosting revenue growth.
