Challenge
The client’s primary goal was to enhance its HR brand through an appealing, user-friendly website as it is the first touchpoint of future employees and potential partners. Our objective was to create a modern and engaging website that leaves a positive first impression, effectively attracting and retaining top talents in the engineering sector, and building trust among future partners. The existing website had an intricate sitemap, impacting navigation and overall user experience. In terms of design, the client desired to seamlessly harmonize the brand’s bright red color and carbon background.
Solution
The team conducted meticulous user research to identify and analyze the user personas, their needs, and challenges, aligning insights with the website’s goals – attracting top-notch talent and establishing credibility to convert prospective partnerships into clients. We developed a UX strategy to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
We built the website on WordPress using ACF Pro on a custom theme. The team utilized popular plugins and libraries such as Contact Form 7 to manage multiple contact forms, Polylang for multilingual functionality, Swiper for creating touch-enabled, mobile-friendly sliders and carousels, Lotti Player for embedding animations, and Fancybox for creating modal windows and lightbox-style overlays for displaying images, videos, and other content.
Identifying navigation challenges and user experience bottlenecks, we restructured the sitemap and introduced a “Career” page, enhancing the overall recruiting experience and streamlining the application process for open positions, impacting candidate satisfaction. Moreover, we achieved a balance between the brand’s red color and the carbon background.
