Strike Capital Australia reached us to develop the CRM system for tracking each marketing campaign F45 Training conducts to identify its efficiency and make data-informed decisions about sales and client management based on real-time insights. The primary objective was to consolidate all customer data from marketing campaigns to identify trends and patterns, monitor the overall campaign performance, and obtain insights regarding cost per lead/customer, lead subscription rates, and new lead acquisition, ultimately impacting revenue by optimizing marketing strategies.
