The customer reached out to us with clear directives to develop a straightforward and functional design that could enhance their customer engagement and lead to higher conversion rates. Their previous platform presented a major challenge due to its elaborate customer journey and intricate structure, hindering user experience and clients’ satisfaction. They relied on us to tackle these obstacles and usher in a new era for their enterprise.

Solution

We conducted extensive user research to create a UX strategy and map user journeys to provide users with a seamless experience and robust functionality.

We meticulously optimized and organized an extensive array of data and graphics and made them accessible through advanced filtering mechanisms, facilitating streamlined search experiences for users. Moreover, we ensured the database maintains confidentiality and complies with relevant regulations or standards to prevent any unauthorized access or leakage of data stored within it. To make the platform more interactive, the team leveraged AJAX functionality.

On the design side, we’ve paid great attention to both functional design and UI/UX to ensure a delightful user experience when interacting with the platform. We’ve implemented features such as saved searches, e-mail alerts, a sidebar with all the crucial tabs at users’ fingertips, and lots of filtrations differentiated by diverse colors to keep the data visualization clean and make users quickly identify the needed information. As a result, the platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and simplistic, ultimately contributing to user satisfaction and fostering conversion rates.
