Challenge

The client requested expedited website development due to the impending global SaaS conferences. Our challenge was to deliver two fully functional websites in a very short time while maintaining responsiveness and flexibility in adapting to the client’s schedule, which necessitated working extra hours. It required us to allocate 3 senior developers to the project, each with defined distinctive responsibilities. On the technical side, the previous websites were developed using a hard-coding approach, making the website uneditable. Hence, the SaaS team needed help managing and updating the web content data along with adding new sections, impeding efficient website maintenance.

Solution

Within a very tight timeframe, we delivered two full-fledged, bug-free websites with a robust infrastructure, allowing effortlessly to update the content, edit, and add new sections, facilitating the website management process. 

The client used third-party tools, which we improved and integrated into their website. We worked closely with an SEO agency to ensure that the website achieved the highest possible performance and SEO rankings, ultimately resulting in exceptional metrics. Additionally, we made some adjustments to the code to enable GA4 tracking implementation.

New website functionalities provide capabilities to construct bespoke pages by leveraging the existing blocks and styling them. Our team successfully managed the immense workload to meet the deadline and ensure client satisfaction.
