The client requested us to conduct a comprehensive assessment, encompassing both UI/UX and security audits to ensure their website matches all the needed standards to reach the AA level of ADA compliance. The team had to precisely identify all the issues, including less visible ones, and pinpoint UX bottlenecks to implement the fixes to enhance the website’s usability and align it with the standards.

Solution

We meticulously executed quality assurance testing and conducted a detailed website audit to determine the potential issues. Some of the problems required tailored solutions, namely, by leveraging bespoke widgets we resolved the identified issues, ensuring the website’s reliability. To gather comprehensive visual feedback, we employed the web accessibility evaluation tool, enabling us to rectify the found UX bottlenecks, and overall improve user experience.
